Looking to renovate and sell? Our team also works closely with Realtors so if upgrading your home with either minor or extensive renovations, we have quick access to top real estate professionals who will provide a current market assessment.

The Planning Phase:

We sit down with our clients and discuss design, budget, timeline, and everything in between. We will ensure that all preliminary details are identified and addressed as early as possible. At this point, a contract can be signed and we can begin the initial work on your project.

The Design Phase:

We begin working with our architects and engineers on the best designs and layouts for your specific property. Throughout this time, we will be in touch to go over all details and changes and make sure that everything is designed to your approval.

The Permit & Drawings Submission

We submit all required documents with the local municipality and wait for the issuance of the building or renovation permits. This is a great time to start thinking about materials and designs that you would like incorporated into your project. We work with the best suppliers in the lower mainland which means anything is possible.

The Construction

The Thrive team gets to work on your project. This is the most exciting step as you begin to see your vision become reality. Throughout this process, we maintain constant communication on any changes or upgrades you may want to do. While our goal is to have the bulk of the important decisions made while waiting for the permits, we are completely understanding if a client changes their mind and will fully accommodate your needs/desires.
